The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was phenomenal, the gym was well anppointed, and the service is the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is only a 7-10 min walk from Wangfujing street…with great shopping. I will definitely stay there again!

I have to say that the lobby of this hotel is peculiar, although it’s beautiful it’s really a mall with a hotel dining room and a small check in area on the side, it feels less important than it should. Having said that the staff os excellent and tge service is what you expect from a peninsula hotel, very kind and accommodating. The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I would recommend.

From the moment we arrived at The Peninsula Hotel Beijing, it was clear that we were about to experience something truly exceptional. Every element of our stay—from the warm welcome to the luxurious suite, the stunning hotel, and the world-class service—was nothing short of extraordinary. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, attentive, and professional, but a special mention must go to Ludi, who looked after us from the moment we stepped foot in The Peninsula, with genuine care and kindness. Ludi’s attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated our entire experience—nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and swift response. She is a true asset to The Peninsula team. Our suite was spectacular—elegantly designed with spacious interiors, a perfect balance of modern luxury and timeless Chinese artistry. The city views from our suite showcased the gentle but consistent hum of Beijing, especially as the city lit up in the evening. Every comfort had been thoughtfully considered, from the sumptuous bed linens to the high-tech features and stunning marble bathroom. I've been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels around the world, but The Peninsula Beijing is, without question, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Best hotel in Beijing

I was greeted by the guest service officer upon my arrival and led me straight to our room. All transactions , like issuing of keys and copies of passports, were done in the comfort of our suite. Bed was heavenly. And the room was very clean. The lay out of the room is just perfect from the massive bathroom to having their own nook for our luggages. Concierge is always so helpful. It made our stay so seamless. Peninsula Beijing is perfect , especially for first timers and those discerning travelers who require comfort, cleanliness and top guest services. Location is also good as it is in the center of everything, just a kilometer away from forbidden palace and other historical places and
