"The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to your room. The location of the hotel was okay. It’s like a 15 min walk to the nearest train station but it is really close to Qianmen street and lots of shops and markets to walk around. "

"Staff very cold and unwelcoming. The room was a nightmare - TV didn’t work, Internet was horribly unstable, fridge was warm, bedisde lights don’t work properly, 1 coffee sachet for two guests, air conditioning didn’t work - Hotel was horribly hot. Bed was comfortable however. "

"Excellent option from a tourist’s perspective. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfasts are very good. Special thanks to Ksenia at the reception, who kindly explained where it is most convenient to exchange money and also recommended places worth visiting besides Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City."
