"Front reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Welcomed me with a warm smile. It is centrally located to main street and walking distance to many restaurants. The room was a bit hot and they brought a fan to the room. The manager said it’s warm because it’s winter season for them. Which was perfectly fine with me. There’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. "My room #502, upper unit #602 was extremely noisy from 9:00pm to 12:30am, I called the front desk asking for change different room, but I had to wait for another 30 minutes. It was a very bad experience. This hotel’s sound insulation is poor. "

"Overall the location is a big plus as its near main train station and the metro. The room was clean and nice. It would help if reception could speak little english. Also there was construction going on during the day time inside the hotel. Overall was ok."

"The room was good enough for me, all i needed for a solo traveller. No english speaking on reveption tho so need the translator. Not too much within walking distance so good job taxi's are reasonably priced. To be fair everything in beijing is quite far from one another"
