"Great staff lovely room "

"浴室にまた異臭がありました。北京の水質があまり良くないため、床にかさぶたのような汚れができています。清掃を強化すれば、異臭や床の黄ばみは解消されると思います。ホテルの隣の火鍋は味が薄く、あまり美味しくありません。可能であれば、デリバリーを頼むか、地図を開いて5分ほど歩いたところで食事をするのがおすすめです。全体的には悪くありませんでした。"

"An excellent stay at this hotel, it’s even nicer in person, the photos on hotels.com dont do this hotel justice. Our room was very spacious with big windows and nice views. Very good value for the price. The third floor lobby, restaurant and outdoor garden are also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 7 minute didi ride to universal studios. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza! "

Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the fruit and salad! Staff members were friendly and helpful! Really like the location of the hotel! Connected with a big shopping mall, there are quite a few restaurants to choose! Definitely will come back again! "
