The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Addy! They assisted to obtain more family friendly rooms, arrange transportation, print tourism itinerary & train tickets, plus accommodation details for the next stops. Breakfast was excellent as were the laundry services. Internet unsuitable for international audience, as were the floor carpets that need attention for a hotel of its nature!

Hotel is walking distance to temple of heaven and subway. Breakfast is plentiful of choices. Free laundry is bonus. The beds we have though hard and bathroom is flooded due to how bath tub was installed, still a good hotel due to staff friendliness and customer service.

Lovely glass Wall between bedroom and bathroom. Good views from 8th floor. Clean. Delicious breakfast with great variety. The front desk all of the time was very helpful and most og the front desk personell even managed To help with a smile.

We were given a welcome fruit pack. Room was clean and we get daily bottled water supply. Breakfast was the best. Hotel must know guests will be busy touring during the day that the breakfast served was like lunch already with so much choices of food items. Its also 10mins by foot to Temple of Heaven. Across the hotel is a bank and a 24hr ATM machine. Many restaurants and shopping mall nearby as well. Will definitely stay again if I ever come back to Beijing
