「We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

「Buenas tardes, la estadía estuvo maravillosa. Quisiera recomendarle que se repare la nevera porque el freezer no está congelando a capacidad y está botando mucha agua y esto puede ocasionar un accidente a cualquier persona. En adición, encontramos que los aires no enfriaban mucho, una de la luces del exterior no prendió, el abanico del 1er. cuarto no funcionaba y las puertas corredizas estaban sin seguro y así las dejamos. 「The location is great for the East side of the main island. There are several great beaches close by, the rainforest was easy to get to and we were not far from the Ferry.It is a great condo with lots of space. The outdoor area was very nice and had a view of the ocean down to the marina.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico!」

「Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.」
