「Absolutely outstanding customer service.The restaurant is an absolute must! we decided dinner was the best we had ever enjoyed in the UK wonderful service and piping hot food served to our table, perfectly timed between the three courses and the flavours were divine.
The staff at breakfast worked absolute miracles with a huge choice of food and the buffet was constantly refilled WELL DONE!! 」
「This is a very clean and modern feel. The beds were comfortable. The manager Kerri was exceptional and accommodating. The hotel is located on-campus, which makes walking easy. It's a quick Uber to many wonderful restaurants and shopping in Harborne. Breakfast was consistently tasty and with all the best options. 」
「We have stayed at The Chase before on a few occasions over the years and were delighted to see that Green King have taken it over and upgraded the rooms and en- suites.
The staff were super friendly and we were delighted to meet Jane again who remembered us. Our room was clean and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. Nice touches with the ironing board etc which would be useful for longer stays. We shall definitely return on our next visit to Nuneaton.」

「Bar is good for a drink. WiFi is very good. The towels were of very quality. There is Tea/Coffee in the room, iron, hair dryer. Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice too. 」
