Communication was only by phone if you have questions however they have great customer service and speak English.No toilet paper or tissue paper included. Little tricky locating toilet paper in this small city. This should be listed on the ad to come prepared. Go to the store next door to the binari( train station) cafe to pick Toilet paper...
