"Very nice stay . The hotel was clean as well as the room. The location is perfect. Staff was friendly and professional . The food in the restaurant was very good and the bar area was very good also."

"The room was very small and the area for the breakfast was also very small. Staff was not helpful. When we got there it was earlier than normal check in so the clerk took my phone number and said he would call when our room was ready. We didn't receive any text or call and it was half an hour after the regular check in time so when we went back, the room was ready but they neglected to call or text to let us know. I did not feel the staff was very friendly."

"Don’t let the showroom fool you. As shown in the photos, our room had roaches, smelled like mold or a damp basement, and was not properly cleaned. There was trash in the trash can, hair in the shower, stains on the bedding, and no hand soap. The “pillows” were not real pillows at all… just stuffing shoved into pillowcases. Our reservation was for two people, but only one set of bathroom supplies was provided. We saw other rooms that appeared much nicer, while ours seemed to be one of the worst. After seeing roaches as soon as we entered, we decided not to eat the breakfast. We also overheard other guests complaining about similar issues. I would not stay here again."

"My stay here was terrible! The pictures that they post online of their site is misleading. We're entering the room. The first thing that I saw was a huge stain on the chair. It smelled old and musty like there was mold in the room. The phone did not work the. TV Volume was low and you could not hear anything anyone was saying.The toilet was jammed and did not flush. This was supposed to be a surprise for my sister's 40th birthday which I put balloons in the room and cafeti. They said they were charging me $20 to vacuum the cafeti which I found outrageous since half of the things in the room did not work. The staff was very rude and uncooperative. I asked for corporates' number so I can call them.The staff proceeded to tell me they do not have corporates number, which is a lie. I would not even send my worst enemy here. The worst experience in a hotel which I have had seen by far. Buyer beware!!!!!!!"

"I chose this because it was close to where I would be visiting . The price was on the cheaper side , but checking in was charged an additional $50. (Was told it would be returned but it hasn't been) and charged $10.00 for housekeeping although i did not receive or request housekeeping. So adding $60 to the "low cost" made the room as expensive as a better brand name hotel. Front desk person always had the "I will be back" sign up at the desk.... & was very unhelpful for a number of people ahead of me. Very excuse driven. But it is what it is. Will not ever stay or recommend family to stay when they come to town."
