This tranquil one of a kind designer loft is tucked into the jungle yet still centrally located. Bask in the glow of the disco ball by the private plunge pool. Relax in the private loft suite with king bed , tv and lounge area. Fiber internet makes work from home easy plus even a dedicated workspace too! Minutes from the amazing La Veleta shopping and dining district and a short drive to Tulum`s world famous white sand beaches! Our guests have access to Gitano, Le Zebra, Soy Tulum beach clubs.

Let the disco ball shine in this one of a kind loft with large living area soaring ceiling and upstairs bedroom with dedicated workspace. Large pool is perfect for a relaxing day in. Extra sleeping space on the sofa too! Minutes form La Veleta`s popular dining and shopping district, minutes from Tulum Centro and Tulum Beach. One of a kind place!

Tulum is a small town with boutique areas. For true walkable beach access, choose the Hotel Zone. From other areas, it’s a quick, seamless transfer—car, scooter, taxi, or bike—and we’re happy to help arrange it. See our map for real-world timing at a glance. Allow extra time to get to beach in high season as there can be traffic.

Transportation-
Drivers- we have private transportation to and from both Cancun and Tulum airports as well as around Tulum during your stay, our drivers are federally registered and offer fair pricing.
Bikes- we can recommend places to rent
Scooters, ATV’s Rental Cars - we can assist with rental and can be delivered to your condo/villa

Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.

Tulum is growing by leaps and bounds! so it is normal to see constructions in the surroundings. Fortunately, there are not constructions adjoining us.

Some streets are not yet paved around us, Tulum is a developing area, there are some bumpy roads but any car can handle.

Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours.

Your stay is professionally hosted by a licensed and dedicated luxury hospitality team in Tulum. We uphold higher standards than typical rentals, with meticulous attention to detail, seamless guest support through our custom app, and privileged access to select beach clubs. Expect an elevated experience that combines the polish of boutique hospitality with the privacy of your own retreat.
-Please no smoking inside the property
-Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils
-Please do not touch pool equipment, call host if you need assistance
-Please use coasters under drinks on furniture
-Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up
-Please turn AC off when you are not at home.
-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am
-Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the
toilet.
-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd
-Please contact host with any wifi issues- do not touch routers
-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in
-Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury
-In case the electricity supply is cut by Tulum`s electric company (CFE) or water supply is cut by CAPA, this will not be grounds for requesting a refund. The host is not responsible for any unexpected service interruptions provided by these companies.
-Most of the streets in Tulum are rustic and unpaved. Please keep in mind that you are in the jungle.
-If you report an issue at the property and our team is able to resolve it the same day in a reasonable period of time this is not a cause to request a refund.
-Any damage caused during your stay must be reported, and the guest will be responsible for covering repair costs. If any linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are stained with feces, blood, or any stains that cannot be removed by washing, the guest will be charged for replacement. Prices are in MXN

Paradise in Rugged

The property is amazing and simply gorgeous. We really loved the house and out stay wasn’t long enough. I wish we had a few more days to enjoy the pool. Construction is being done all around the area for new developments and the roads are extremely bumpy. People get around on scooters to navigate throughout Tulum.
