"I use to get 4 1000 yen vouchers at check. I haven’t gotten any the last 2 times. I enjoyed buying danish or cookies at the pastry store to have with my morning coffee. My birthday was November 7 when I checked out. I returned on November 12 and will stay until November 25. Hotel Okura this year gave me flowers. Last year it was cookies and always a birthday cake. Imperial Hotel gave me a photo frame and I only stayed 2 nights November 9 and 10. Otani could have given me something. Just for your information. "

"Fantastic location, very close to Akasaka station/Asaka Mitsuke Station and easy to take Ginza line to Shibuya/Shinjuku and other areas. Room was great - enough space for 2 with 5 luggages. Customer service - very welcoming and rooms were promptly cleaned. Would definitely stay here again if I come back! "
