"Very underwhelming, dated property. Given the price and 5 star rating there are many better choices in Tokyo. The room was clean but bit dated. No real outstanding features. Breakfast was very mid. Staff were robotic and not the usual level of courtesy we've experienced all over Japan. They seemed tired and a bit annoyed. I think the property commands the premium becuase of the location near Tokyo Tower etc. Beyond that nothing really special. Just an OK hotel in a good enough location."

"This place is nearby of the good places like the train station that take you to Shibuya crossing, to see punch at the zoo and ect. Roppongi is amazing for Food, entertainment and shopping. The hotel is super clean and the staff is incredible and respectful."

"Great location within walking distance to metro and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful to answer all questions. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job taking care of us and maintaining the room daily. Best of all was breakfast which was very delicious with many varieties to choose from to satisfy all tastes. Definitely recommend this hotel and stay at the same location when I come back for a visit."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location but the room and bathroom - and especially the carpet - really need updating. This is the only thing preventing me from rating everything 5 star. The staff and lobby amenities were great. But what really stands out is the brand new Reset Lounge. Located in the small alleyway next to the hotel itself, this wonderful oasis allows guests to unwind, refresh themselves with coffee, tea or juice (alcohol too if you want), granola, pastries and full showers. You can rest and relax before you check-in or after you check-out. They’ll even deliver your luggage to your room."

"Front desk concierge was a mixed group, some impatient and surly, others polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the food service staff was very helpful and friendly, especially a nice young lady named Aiko. The room was okay , beds run firm. Pillows are good. They have Toto toilets. The room is clean. The only thing I noticed was a ring of mold around the window seals, but I noticed it just before check out and didn’t mention it."
