「I was traveling to Key West and stayed at this hotel for the night but had to book an extra day due to illness. The staff was very accommodating. I want to point out employee "Q" at the front desk who was very polite, professional and helped me get on my way with ease. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Jax area. The location was just of 295 allowed me to get back on I-95 quickly. 」

「Check in was very quick and easy. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room and the common areas were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s perfect for a short stay, it’s right off the interstate and close to several food options and gas stations. 」

「I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. 」
