「One of our two favourite inns on our Cotswolds journey. The staff was charming and very thoughtful, and the room and dining were perfect. We upgraded to the Oakley room and were so glad we did. What a fantastic room with wonderful amentities and all of the charm you could expect from a historic building - I think they said it is over 400 years old. Dinner and breakfast were the best of our trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「Food excellent and good value, room nice, clean, they left fresh milk in the room. All staff really friendly and helpful. would go again.」

「Great place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend.」

「Absolutely stunning inn and rooms in amongst beautiful countryside. The staff were marvelous; courteous, kind, warm, and with a cracking sense of humour. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Thank you to all the staff for a perfect evening.」

「Had a very comfortable one night stay at this very pretty property. Room was just as shown, clean & big enough for our needs. Delicious breakfast included in price, that we ate in main building which is beautiful. Lovely friendly staff. Can't fault it, glad we stayed & would stay again if in area. Recommend.」

「Parking was convenient as it’s the main parking lot for access to Tintagel Castle. The pub is large and quite busy/noisy but the food a good pub food. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately, the shower was not that clean as there was a good amount of black mold around the base and in the sliding door track. Also, the shower didn’t drain properly and we had to be very careful with the water to prevent a potential overflow. When I mentioned this to staff in the evening, they indicated that...
