They were unable to locate our reservation at first even though the owner of our unit had gone through great efforts to do everything on his end! It all worked out - just took an extra step that was only a very minor inconvenience. We loved the location and how easy it was to come and go from the area. Loved having access to multiple pools and the beach club at the MGM Grand which was easily accessible from our property. Only...
