"Two things one short term fix second will unfortunately keep me from returning Dirty green carpet as you walk in. There’s three of them all filthy The sheets are what make it an unusable hotel for me. They are a weird polyester. They become a wrinkled mess in minutes they don’t stay tight they feel horrible"

"The pool was great . Never crowded . it felt very safe which was nice when taking kids . The kitchen was nice . Full fridge . Bathroom was also roomy . Shower had great water pressure . And we did laundry in our room ! Also was nice to walk to silverton for Starbucks . Had a great burger at Johnny rockets . I also got 10 dollar free play and won 100 dollars :) win ! Win"

"I have been a repeat visitor to Southpoint and am very happy with it. The staff on this visit were particularly helpful and nice. I love the breakfast buffet - very reasonably priced M-F for club members. I also like the convenience of having Starbucks, the Coronado Cafe and the Del Mar Deli all available for quick tasty food. The only wish is that there were more elevator for the parking garage or that you would add an escalator there. The wait for an elevator to parking can be crazy during peak times."

"Room was very spacious! However the shower was not functioning correctly and I could only use the hand held attachment which only worked as a hand held due to the mounting. I asked the front desk to have maintenance come and either fix it or explain how to get the shower head to function and they never showed up. Late in the day ( after the maintenance guy had apparently gone home) I was offered a different room but by that time I didn’t want to move all my stuff before a super early flight the next morning."
