Clean, quiet, perfect.

This was perfect for my 4 days conference. The communications with the owner were precise, complete and timely. There is lots of road construction nearby, but it did not affect me as i was walking to the various casinos. I keep returning because the accommodations are more spacious, quieter, and more functional then casino hotel rooms.

Awesome time!

Great Stay

Marie’s place was just as it was listed! Room was clean with a view of the strip & close to other signature towers if you wanted to grab a coffee or breakfast on site. Or walking distance to top golf, mgm, wet republic & the miracle mile shops. We had one question about the lock while we stayed & Marie’s response time was quick! Would definitely recommend staying with her & we will book again!

Enjoyed

The property was great! Only issue was the freezer was very frozen over and the fridge was not very cold. Think it just needed to be defrosted and some tender love and care.

Great stay!!!

The property was perfect from when we walked in. The room was very clean. We had everything that we needed in the room. It was really nice to have an efficiency kitchen that was full of kitchen essentials. The bed and even the pull-out couch was so comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable ones I’ve slept in. The bathroom was so big. We had plenty of towels. We were able to call the private housekeeping company to get more bathroom essentials. It was great they we were able to use the Signature pools. We loved that they are so much quieter then the regular MGM pools. The breakfast place, Delight in tower 2 was so good. We ate there several times. Marie, the owner, reached out to me several times during our stay to make sure that we knew that we could contact her if there was any issues. She was GREAT to work with. If we make it back to Vegas will would rent from her again. Thank you for a great week.

Great deal, good location.

The property was very close to the strip and we had access to the MGM pools. Clean room and lots of amenities. Hosts were available and great throughout our stay!

My husband and I had a weekend get away for the first time in a long time, and I have no complaints! The room was fabulous, great location to the strip, and MGM was a great casino! Would definitely stay again if we ever went back! Thank you!

Loved this rental!

We visited Vegas for the BTS concert 4/8 & 4/9 at Allegiant Stadium. The property was in very good condition and was very clean. Considering the prices of hotel rooms for that weekend, we felt this was a great place for the price. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was definitely a plus. Jacuzzi Tub, separate shower and two sinks made it easy to get ready quickly! My daughter commented this was one of the fanciest VRBOs we’ve stayed in! Very quiet, safe and it is a huge plus that no smoking is allowed. It was very helpful to have a small two burner stove, as we prefer to cook instead of eating out due to dietary restrictions. There is a Walgreens and CVS and a Target w food just 15 min away on the strip for groceries. We really appreciated the pots and pans - they were very clean and in great shape, with plenty of utensils and plates. The fridge (not full size) was big enough to easily hold a gallon of water, eggs, fruits etc. The pools in Tower 2 were open on Saturday and Sunday, however Tower 3 was not open. Weather was great for it! Distance wise to Allegiant stadium, one can walk it if it’s not too hot out. It took us 55 minutes to get home from the concert (walking somewhat slowly as our feet hurt from standing all day) I’m sure one could walk it in 45 min if not too tired. We crossed the Hacienda bridge and walked through the Excalibur to get to the MGM. I did like that one can enter into the MGM Casino (across from the New York, New York or the Tropicana) and walk through it to get the Signature Tower walkway. (Avoids walking outside late at night) 15 minute walk to the Bellagio fountains as well. Otherwise, Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful and very reasonable in the morning, but tend to be pricey at night. Overall, we loved staying here. I appreciate the feeling that the owners take pride in this place. It really feels like a home, not a rental. We will definitely stay here again. Good experience

The room is confortable and nice. The only thing is that the refrigerator did not work, we told the front desk, they said at that somebody from engineering, but we never got it fixed
