「Check in was quick and easy! Got upgraded to balance room and bottle of complimentary wine. They didn’t clean our room the first night and the second night clean it but only left one bath towel and no face towels. The phone in our room never worked to call the front desk. I had to message them through the app. Overall we had a great experience and will most likely return.」

「部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、お風呂の排水が非常に悪かったです。それ以外はお部屋はとてもおしゃれで快適でした。耳栓も準備されておりびっくりしました。うるさいのかな？と思いましたが、全く問題無かったです。 エクスペディアのVIPアクセスで15ドル分の飲食が無料になったので、朝ごはんにプールサイドでフルーツの盛り合わせを頼んだのですが、メロンはカチカチで、イチゴは痛んでいてクオリティーが低かったです。無料だったのでまぁしょうがないなとなりましたが、15ドル払ってあれでは怒りの気持ちがわいていたかもしれません、、、」
