"My wife & I really enjoyed our weekend celebrating our first wedding anniversary at the boathouse! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and more. Mark met us at the parking lot when we arrived & gave us a tour around the marina before taking us to the boathouse. He was sure to let us know that he is always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Everyone around was very friendly as well. We seen turtles, gators, and even caught some fish! "This was such a nice and cozy place to spend the weekend! We took our boat from key largo and docked up next to the houseboat and it was just amazing! I live how you can order food delivered to your door! It had tons of privacy and if your wondering no it does not move a lot at night! The solid pannel powered everything at night and we slept very peaceful! The sunsets from this house boat are 2nd to none would stay here again in the future!"

"Great stay on a nice boat. Amazing dock for morning coffee and afternoon drinks with tons of wildlife! Saw lots of manatees and dolphins every day swimming right by the dock. Steady but quiet boat traffic. Pretty decent area for paddle boarding/kayaking. Good restaurant right beside the boat, but still quiet. Not a lot in the immediate area, but short drives to the beaches, shopping and more restaurants."

The cottage continued to delight as we became even more familiar with what the area had to offer. Kim was an excellent hostess as were her on-site assistants. "Christian was an excellent host who was very accommodating. The boat was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy too! My 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay on the boat immensely. The location was peaceful yet very walkable to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach.
