「Stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was wonderful, that's why we came back to it. However, now it is remotely managed, with very slow response to questions, concerns and problems. First room head wet floors and reeked of whatever cleaning solution they used to clean. Rooms, was in a back corner with a window that looked out on a fence and a garbage bin.
