"Person who checked me in was rude had an attitude to begin with as soon as I arrived, I checked in and once I tried to open my room keys didn't work had to have another ee open my door, issue continues till the next day they had to send the maintenance person to put a new battery in the key 🔐 for it to work took about half of the morning when we had plans, also the pillowcases where dirty we took them off to sleep and put our own blankets only part that I would say was good was the breakfast and the lady in the kitchen she is sweet .also we had to ask for towels twice ,as well as for toilet paper it's a nice place but not I'm sure they can do better and give better service without attitude. Also the room I booked was supposed to be suite with a living room did not get that and when I asked of course the girl infront said oh I don't know..."

"The hotel was first off very far from the beaches which was poorly advertised with traffic took us abut an hour to get there and another back then the elevator is super old gets stuck and shakes and the staff assures you it's normal (it's not their fault they have it serviced but we got stuck in it with it beeping a couple times when we were too close to the doors) then our ac smelled like urine. We bought air freshener because they cleaned the filters and rather than pack up clothes for 6 people and move rooms after unpacking and being there for a day we decided to tough it out. Even the mattress on the pull put couch was too small and my daughters rolled out on tonthe metal bars because it did not reacg to the end! The good thing was the staff always accommodated us with towels and pillows after the cleaning crew came in and took them the next day. Sucked that they did not have a hot tub and that the pool was not attached to the hotel it was like a walk away from the hotel and the entire hotel had ONE WASHER AND DRYER ONE!!! that was awful. You literally had to time it. As much as the staff was friendly and helpful (best part of the the experience overall) I was super disappointed in our stay here for the price. Usually love holiday inn express too but this hotel needs some upgrades. And their staff needs some raises cause they're literally holding down the fort there"

"Overall, the experience was terrible from the moment of check-in. After I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late, we were still gonna get assigned a room with no hot water and no air conditioning after declining it, the room we received was also different from what we had reserved which would have been a 2 bed not a 1 bed The room was very dirty, with cracked walls, broken doors, and a strong unpleasant odor that smelled like mold. The air conditioner was dirty as well and blew out an odor that smelled like urine."
