"Upon arrival immediately thought “more like MOTEL, not Hotel”. Free parking should have read “park at your own risk “ sketchy people. Elevator was iffy everytime. Then I noticed expired inspection 2025 on elevator, explained why we had issues with buttons not working and doors were dangerous. We had to purchase our own bathroom cleaner before using the bathroom, specifically the shower. Bed was decent. We were in town to watch my grandson graduate to Marine. Timings for events were early 600 hour, so no time to search another hotel. BUT the staff was welcoming and very accommodating with helping us switch rooms mid visit so that our Marine had a bed the night before we departed back to Tx. So thank you to the young lady at the front office. "

"The Rambler is a nice affordable place to stay. It has a hip vibe and each room has their own design and style. The lobby and lounge area has old school video games, comfy seating and also a cafe where you can get food, coffee, and snacks. The room I stayed was nice, clean overall. I wish it had a fridge to keep my food fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"There were people running up and down the halls until 4am. I had to call the police because the guy.Up stairs was beating his wife.i said something when I checked out and they dismissed me as tho it never happened. Even tho there was a duffel bag full of clothes in the jacuzzi that was shut down during my visit. It's really the only reason I picked the hotel. I made sure to be in before dark just to be safe. Do not stay here if you want to get any sleep."
