I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. " From the greeting we received when we first arrived to the service we received shipping our bags when we left, everything was wonderful. We have recommended the Imperial hotel Osaka to family and friends already. Shipping our luggage was confusing as we have never experienced this magical service in the USA. The Bell desk made the process easy. We felt very confident about the whole thing. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We appreciated their willingness to help in English. It was a great stay and we will be back."

"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"

"We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka. Train station is right under the hotel building. So easy to get anywhere in Osaka and get back after a long day of walking. Get the included breakfast for unlimited japanese beef everyday! Complimentary drinks daily and new towels everyday"
