"This cottage is very clean & neat, well appointed, thoughtfully decorated, and the location and view are excellent. I chose it because we wanted to be on the lake and we have a dog that we wanted to bring. (The fenced yard was a draw, but we kept her on a tie-out because we thought she might try to sneak out beneath the gate.). The hot tub was inviting, but we never used it. Still, I felt I could have moved in and happily lived there permanently. Thank you!"

"What a cute little hideaway cottage right on Seneca Lake! We loved how cozy the vibe was and that we felt like we were completely isolated while being walking distance to two great wineries and able to hop in the car and be to other amazing wineries and towns within minutes. The host will provide you with a list of recommendations- listen to them all! We lived by these recommendations our entire stay."

"Everything was great. House was clean & plenty of supplies, great area! The only suggestion is marking the small step down at the entry door with possibly yellow paint. It's easy not to see it and possible twisted ankles or worse. Same goes for the sliding doors out to the main deck the step down should be marked better. Besides that we highly recommend this location. ( We were a group of 55 and older, and why the concern with tripping / falling ) "

"I stayed at this property for a month due to damage from frozen pipes at my lakefront property in Lodi. The house was perfectly located, allowing me easy access to my home as mitigation and repairs progressed. I appreciated the 1st floor bedroom, on same floor as the bathroom! I missed having a closet in the bedroom though. The kitchen was very well supplied, and I made frequent use of the washer/dryer combo. I was able to set the thermostat to a comfortable heat and hold it there. With frequent snow showers I was very glad to be able to park close to the front door. February and March were very cold, rainy and snowy. The sump pump in the basement ran a lot, producing occassional damp and musty odors. I admit I was very sensitive to this, as I was dealing with similar issues at my home. "
