「Breakfast was good - the fresh belgian waffles were an unexpected plus! It says continental so wasn't expecting that. Staff were friendly and no issues parking. 」

「It's a very well thought location. Beautiful place and we had booked the room with Lake view. It was a beautiful view from the room. The room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Evening walk and sunset from Maindeck restaurant while having dinner was great.」

「Amazing location, staff was amazing and Mike (Manager) made sure everything was at expectations. Will definitely come back and enjoy this oasis again.」

「I had reserved 1 month ahead of my trip and when I arrived they said all king beds were already taken! How frustrating after driving 5 hours, and on top of that once he gave us another room, he over charged us by double the amount!! Thankfully in the morning another staff was there to take care of us and fixed the issue for us! The remaining of our stay was excellent 😁」

「The Inn was quiet, well kept, and comfortable. The only real restaurant in town belongs to the Inn. Expensive. Service decent. Food unimaginative. There is a small deli. Offerings are limited and a bit pricey. One bar in town. That’s it. No drugstore, grocery store, or any other mercantile establishments. Union Springs is 8 miles up the road. There is a spa (expensive). All in all, a quiet retreat for a few days for an older crowd.」

「Our room (434) must be directly next to the water lines for the building. There was a sound of running water 24/7 and was very difficult to sleep through. Separately, this hotel has awful wifi. When we asked the front desk about the wifi password, she said it was public and there was no secure network, and spoke to us rudely and with a serious attitude, as if we were asking an outlandish question. I would not have booked a hotel without a reliable and secure wifi network, as I had work to do on...

「Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...

「Just ok. Curtains downstairs had no sheet curtain, only drapes so people could see directly in with them closed. Shower did not fully turn to shower function, nowhere at all to sit outside, not even a bench? Weird. Breakfast was super weird too, pre made cold stuff, bagels were good I guess. The beds were comfortable though so that is saving the entire review.」

「Breakfast was terrible, and we woke up on our 2nd morning with no water in the facility. So we left without shower, going to the bathroom, or able to brush our teeth. Won’t be going back there」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.」

「So disappointing for our anniversary! The room was filthy, and it smelled like mold! We absolutely froze! We had turned the heat on, but still had to utilize the hot water from the shower, and the microwave in the room to warm it up! Definitely not worth what we paid!」

「Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!」
