We recommend arriving by car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes. As you already know, we offer free parking at the property. Uber and Lyft are not reliably available in our area, but ask us about the best designated drivers in the area!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ HOA ★
This home is located within an HOA and is subject to HOA rules and regulations; Quiet Hours from 10pm-8pm, No Parties, No street parking.

★ SECURITY★
There is a Ring Security Camera at the front door. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check the camera if there is a concern.

★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee
