Perfect getaway home

We had a wonderful time staying at Page and Derek’s guest house. It was the perfect, quaint home to spend time with my husband and cerebrate our anniversary!

This is the perfect little getaway for two. My husband and I really enjoyed the view of the lake, the overall comfort of the home and convenient location near wineries and waterfalls. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. It is a beautiful location, you are close to a lot of the great wineries in the finger lakes. Page and Derek are wonderful hosts and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect couples getaway

Beautifully finished with a welcoming all around feel. Minutes from many wineries and breweries and plenty of great restaurants. Sitting on the dock enjoying evening sunsets after hiking was so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Peace and tranquility

This place was absolutely beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The weather was rainy and cold, so we actually spent most of the time at the property, just enjoying the peace and quiet and the views taking it all in recharging ourselves.

Quick stay - 2 nights. House was clean, new and well-equipped. Owners provided lots of extras - snacks, full kitchen, whatever you might need. Bed was comfy. Beautiful location for sunsets over Sebeca Lake.

Wonderful home. It included beautiful yet comfortable furnishings. It had a great deck with a water view and access to a lake front spot. The host including so many amenities including coffee, snacks, and toiletries to make the stay easy. Quiet location with easy access to the nearby wine trails. Perfect spot for a get away.

The property was even nicer than pictured. It was very clean, comfortable and bright. The balcony and view of the lake was a bonus. Page was an excellent host. She provided many suggestions for places to visit and was very responsive to communication. We would definitely love to visit again.

I just love the house. The furnishings, color scheme, attention to detail, just very well done and very comfortable. Close to Three Brothers and Geneva. Wonderful conversation with Page. We would definitely stay there again. Loved it!
