「Got great communication prior to arrival. Asst. Mgr, Carissa, showed up with a welcome package and contact info. She was great with all questions. We did have a hot water issue, but Asst. Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it.
