"Great and close location to Syracuse University. Creaky floors and doors slamming at 4:30am were not the best way to wake up. It definitely needs remodeling but it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! Musts in the area Collegetown bagels, Haraz, Varsity, and Pastabilities. "

"No fitness center despite the photos on line. Room was extremely hot and AC was not available because the entire building hadn’t switched to AC despite it being 80 degrees outside. Pillows we disgusting and lumpy. Almost the entire hotel was booked with a youth group tour. Do not stay here. There are much better places to stay for less money. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here. Oh - and the person passed out at the bar was a nice touch. "

"The staff are lovely and helpful but this was by far the least upkept Hampton inn I have ever stayed at. Sticky floors, poorly presented breakfast, and room was decidedly not clean. Garbage stuffed into the pull out sofa, curtain splattered with dried goo. We stayed four nights and every morning the waffle bar was the same empty bottles of toppings and several items never refilled. "
