First, the price was great for a family of 5, and the room was plenty big. There is a kitchenette with a full oven, which we didn't need but is nice. The bathroom even had a fan (oddly something you rarely find in hotels) but it was dirty. The worst part of this room was honestly the beds - very uncomfortable.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room could use some updating and a bit more cleaning, but it was good enough. I do wish the garbage compactor and kitchen sink were deodorized as the odor was a little strong. In the end, I would stay there again.

This place is so old and dirty. We asked to move rooms because the clock and chairs were stained. The sheets looked slept in. The second room was all dusty. I was afraid to touch anything. But the sheets were clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff were super helpfull though when dealing with the issues.

The staff were lovely, but we were disturbed by an alarm that went off every few minutes from around 10pm and was still sounding intermittently in the morning. The staff were really kind and helpful; walked around f Trying to locate the sound, helped us move our stuff when we decided to leave our room. The manager, however, declined to talk to us, tried to convince me it was the dishwasher even when I played rhe siren noise over the phone and refused to compensate us anything at all, Even when Expedia intervened on our behalf. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
