「the Springwater is about the best value I’ve ever had in a hotel. It was SO clean, the bed was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful and I felt safe. With a child going to school locally, I’ll be back…just delightful!」
「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. Sure, it's only a 15min walk even dragging a suitcase, but not splendid as the start to a 27hr itinerary.

「The bed was comfortable and breakfast was absolutely amazing. The location is very walkable to dining and shopping. There are so many beautiful hikes in the area as well. We definitely would stay here again! 」

「It is a nice hotel close to Cornell University. This hotel is located along the city center called "Ithaca Commons." Quiet, clean, hotel staff was very friendly, everything was fine. They have a shuttle to Cornell University and an airport. One front desk person should have told me about the presence of their shuttle to me, though. He did not tell me that their shuttle would take me to an airport so I had to cancel the cab in front of the hotel after a shuttle bus driver told me that. 」

Spacious room; soft towels; plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; kitchen in which everything you might need is available; heartwarming shared spaces. This will be my top choice going forward for stays in the Ithaca area.」
「Anite at the front desk was great. She answered all my questions and my pup got treats. The hotel was perfect for me. My room was on the first floor right near the door to walk my dog easily. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had in any hotel. All staff were friendly and knowledgable. 」
