「This property was beautiful, located just a stone throw from the lakes edge. The owners were extremely friendly, the type of friendly you can only find in a small town. They gave excellent recommendations, we ate at both the Scale House and Babes Burgers during our visit. We enjoyed smores and coffee by the fire pit. All we could hear was the hundreds of birds, perfect place to get away. I feel like the photos on the listing dont capture the charm of the cabin so i took some myself. Thanks again...

「What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.」

「Property is a bit ways from town. Area is extremely peaceful. Cabin has plenty of space and nice open feel. Beforehand, owner was initially responsive however would have liked that to continue during our stay as we did not receive much during our stay. Listing should really mention steep spiral stairs to basement and to upstairs as for our small children needed help for safety as well as one adult who had a bad knee could not do these stairs. Recommend non slip treads for safety. Also recommend...

「My husband turned "40" this past weekend and to celebrate we decided to come back to an area we fell in love with last fall. The cabin is perfectly located right in the middle of so many wineries/breweries we still have yet to visit ALL of them. That just means we will certainly have to return!! As soon as we walked it, it smelled freshly cleaned. 「Nice cabin made out of rough cut lumber makes a nice family retreat. Love the building and location that appears to have been built by the owner. Plenty of room for 8 of us with beds with linens and room to spread out. It's on a small cliff side on the lake with a beautiful deck, stairs down to the water, and a dock on the water. I can't believe some old reviews criticize the amount of stairs? It's on a cliff side, what do they want ladders? Crazy. The stairs are very sturdy with a nice hand...

「The property was super cute. The hot tub was a great addition. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of storage for clothes and toiletries if you are an over-packer like us. It was in a very good location to be wineries and breweries that were on the east side of the lake. 」

「Annual girls weekend for 5. This was a new location this year instead of the beach...The serene surroundings were perfect, a little chill in the air and the town of Skaneatles is charming. Basement bedroom did not have adequate heater flow and the overall cabin needed a good clean and some recaulking but we enjoyed the rustic accommodations. Thank you for a great getaway.」
