"The room we booked was not available upon arrival. My family of 6 had to separate into two rooms. Thankfully they had two rooms but were not close together which is hard with small kids. We were not charged for this inconvenience, which I appreciated. The rooms were musty with an odd smell and in need of renovation. The beds were not incredibly comfortable. It was quiet, and close enough to the National Park we were seeing. We were only there for one night and that was enough for us. "

There were a few issues with our stay like broken AC, but the hosts were extremely communicative and were able to resolve all of our issues quickly, and even gave us a partial refund based on some of the issues with amenities.
