"Room was exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable with good pillows. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. A lot of restaurant and bar options nearby. Only had 2 towels to start but staff were very quick in responding with our need for more. Pool area is very clean. It does get very warm in the pool room so we propped the door to get some fresh air. Great stay! "

"Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. "

"We didn’t have breakfast there…very pricey! Our room was big & clean. Only 1 elevator working, pool was closed. Daniel at the front desk was great!"

"I will never stay anywhere else when working in Rochester. Dog friendly, lot of us construction workers and all friendly, neat, and quiet. Breakfast usually out early which is absolutely amazing when you need to be on a site before 7am. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms perfect for business traveler or couples. Easy access, Planet Fitness walking across lawn, washer avail at hotel. Overall a 10 out of 10 for this type of travel!"

"Small problem with keyless entry first time but very quickly fixed. Super clean, all amenities thought of. In a nice neighborhood. Back yard to let the dog out was wonderful bonus. Better washer and dryer than I have at home. Stayed while my house having renovations. Great location!"

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. It is so comfortable both inside & outside and just what ee needed - it is so peaceful!!! You will enjoy your stay if you stay here! Thanks Jim!! "
