"The double queen room was large and looked recently updated. The view of the Seneca Lake from the property was great. At night it was extremely quiet and we all slept very good on the comfy beds."

"3 bathrooms was so perfect for 3 couples. Close to the walking trail into Watkins Glen but it and the gorge trail don't open until May. Restaurants and stores 2 minutes away. Warning! We didn't walk since we have to go uphill to get back to the apartment. Tricky heaters but read the directions, and they were loud. Great price for this apartment. Corning Glass Museum is a must see."

"This is a beautiful hotel and honestly it was spotless. One of the best we have ever stayed at. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was huge, plenty of extras in the kitchen (teas, coffees, even a few bottles of water and snacks). The owner is so nice and goes out of the way to help with anything extra you might need. I would not hesitate to return. The only downsides was the road noise especially at night. I'd definitely take ear plugs if I went back. Its right on the main road with a traffic light just in front of the building. There are so many tractor trailers all night long. They do warn of some road noise but I wasn't quite expecting it to be as hefty as it was. And the fact that there is no designated parking for the hotel. Also warned of that and while we had no issues, we were off season so things were more quiet. I'm not sure in the height of summer or fall how well street parking would work out. However, I would stay again without hesitation."
