Jen is an extraordinary hostess. Present when needed - scarce if not. Excellent breakfast each day. Perfect location (walk to town). The property is very well maintained, clean and inviting. The porch was a cherry on top.

Jen is a caring and hands-on host. Available always…answering questions, offering travel and destination advice, preparing breakfasts, which were a delight…she’s a gem. Lovely stay in Watkins Glen

Great stay in a beautifully renovated spacious room with a king size bed, off the kitchen upstairs (room #3?). Location is fabulous, Jen and Adam are lovely. Great breakfast as well.

Perfect B&B in a perfect town

Very, very nice B&B. Jennifer was friendly and flexible to cook for multiple couples’ health issues. Everything ran smoothly! It was nice to share stories and hiking plans with other couples, and it was also nice to have the self-serve coffee & tea station upstairs near the rooms.

Is fabric softener your a dealbreaker?

We loved almost everything about our stay at the Hudson Manor. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. The host was very friendly, and we enjoyed our morning breakfast with her in the other guests. My only complaint is that the sheets and towels were all washed and dried with fabric softener, and as someone who suffers with asthma and allergies that was a struggle for me.

This is a classic bed and breakfast… but without a doubt the cleanest one I have ever experienced. A home made protein friendly breakfast. We had an en-suite bath, but our neighbors did not, which meant their bath was literally right outside our door. So hearing stuff at night that you did not create! But such is the charm of b&b. Most important: very walkable to all but the wineries.

Jen, the owner, was an excellent host. She was welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was like a family gathering. Each guest talked about what they did the previous day and what they planned to do today. It was great to share the different activities. And the variety of meals was always impressive. The Hudson Manor Bed and Breakfast is a stately manor with a comfortable parlor, dining room and rooms. They provide a full kitchen if you need it, and cookies in the evening. A great place to stay and use as your home port when visiting Watkins Glen.

Not knowing much about the area, we lucked out with The Hudson House. Perfect place to stay. Great location too. Jen Is very welcoming, and runs a top notch B and B. She knows the area well and all her suggestions were perfect!! Breakfast each day was delicious too! Hudson House is perfect in every way!

Hudson Manor Bed & Breakfast exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautifully restored Victorian home is full of charm, with elegant woodwork, comfortable rooms, and welcoming common spaces that made us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. They offered great recommendations for local wineries, restaurants, and attractions, and their hospitality made all the difference. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Every morning featured a delicious homemade meal made with fresh ingredients, providing the perfect start before exploring Watkins Glen State Park and the Finger Lakes. The location is ideal—just a short walk to downtown Watkins Glen, Seneca Harbor, restaurants, and the state park. We also loved relaxing on the wraparound porch and enjoying the beautiful views of Seneca Lake after a day of sightseeing. Jen, our host was amazing! The inn was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. The inn is within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and Glenn falls state park. Vineyards and wine tasting start withing a 5 minute drive and the scenery ( lake view) begins right on the inn's porch or upper decks. A great place for our 50th anniversary "road trip".
