「Overall, excellent. But two issues, one trivial, the other significant. Trivial: meh WiFi, though perhaps ymmv. Significant: no airport shuttle before 6am. Since I booked this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport for my 6am flight, disappointed. Sure, it's only a 15min walk even dragging a suitcase, but not splendid as the start to a 27hr itinerary.

「The food in Ithaca was incredible—fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The town’s peaceful vibe, with its quiet streets and charming little shops, made it all feel like a hidden gem.」
「Property exceeded expectations in all ways. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels. Strong hot shower. Firm bed. Ample fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot that brews more than one cup!!! The staff was exceptionally friendly from Joel at the front desk to the cleaning staff. Would gladly stay here when visiting son at college. Close to all your big box stores too for stocking your student up. A bit dated but so am I. Good value. 」
「Wonderful staff, spacious rooms: especially the bathroom. All recently remodeled ( we were in the north tower). Walk to everything. Free parking and quick drive to all colleges.
Only feedback is that the aircon was very loud. But I still slept well. Maybe provide glasses and cups instead of disposables and more moisturizer. There was only a small sachet for a room of 3 people. 」
「It is a nice hotel close to Cornell University. This hotel is located along the city center called "Ithaca Commons." Quiet, clean, hotel staff was very friendly, everything was fine. They have a shuttle to Cornell University and an airport. One front desk person should have told me about the presence of their shuttle to me, though. He did not tell me that their shuttle would take me to an airport so I had to cancel the cab in front of the hotel after a shuttle bus driver told me that. 」

Only disappointment was complimentary breakfast buffet from 8 to 10. Get there before 9:30 or you will be scraping scraps from the pans. Attendant looked at them before me, closed the lids and did nothing. What was left was inedible.」

「Restaurants close by, yes, shop with coffee, teas, pastries, sandwiches and other nibbles close by, yes. Low to no outside street noise, correct. Comfortable room, sizeable bath and dressing area, breakfast included that was different each day and satisfying, yes. Breakfast was served in a lovely glass enclosed morning room, so you look out at the greenery filled grounds while you eat. This is the place you want to return to at day's end after your adventures.
