「The staff was not friendly this morning trying to explain how dirty our room was and that there was broken items and they were broken when we got into the room The front end attendant was very dismissive I was there for business with a colleague and very embarrassing There was slimy sticky stuff all over the bathroom door and counters The soap and shampoo was ripped off the wall the tile in the bathtub Very disappointing will never stay at another spark by Hilton or a Hilton」

「There was an issue with one of the blinds in our room. The staff responded quickly to rectify the problem. Love the super comfortable bed!」

「Online photos don’t reflect the actual hotel. Outside the hotel looks recently remodelled. Inside is very very poor attempt at a remodel. Cheap new paint thrown on over old damaged walls. Carpet sort of repaired. Hallways smelt.」

「Father was in the hospital and it was close and served it's purpose. Staff was very nice and friendly.」
