「Everything was clean - in fact the odor from the laundry detergent was a bit overwhelming especially since one of us can be allergic to such. The bed was very firm but still somewhat comfortable. The breakfast was as minimal as can be and still call it a continental breakfast. The pressure jet tub was nice and large and worked.」

「Clean room」

「Very clean. Staff were extremely nice . They offered free water which was a great touch . Only odd thing was none of the walls had any pictures on them.」

「Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. 「Great travel with your hotel!」

「Bare bones, but perfect for what we were needing. Just a room to sleep in while we were out enjoying the area during the day. Very easy to check in. The staff was very nice and parking was easy.」

「Good and affordable for one night stay.」
