「Great location for a short stay in Rochester. I really like how they’ve updated this motel. It’s very clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was when we arrived and it took a bit to figure out the key locker thing - the linked directions were not super clear and then the key pad didn’t respond at first. We managed to figure it out pretty quickly, so no big deal in the end.」
「I was looking for a quick, inexpensive, overnight stay while traveling in the area. Econo Lodge was exactly what I was looking for. Check-in was quick and easy, parking was convenient, and the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering, clean towels and bed sheets, as well as a comfortable bed. All in all a good stay, and I would stay there again.」

「Hotel was located in a nice area close to shopping and food. Only complaint is that I used a third party to make reservation for an accessible room. When I arrived at the hotel I got a regular room and the accessible rooms were booked. I blame this more on the third party for the screwup.」
