インターラーケン のリゾート

「Room was very clean and filled with all the necessary toiletries. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good but just a little bit change can go long way. The both breakfast attendants were very pleasant and helpful. View from the windows were quite amazing. I would come back. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone at the Hotel」

「ティッシュすら用意されていない。設備レベルは一泊400ドル近くかかるホテルとは思えないくらい雑！ コスト削減はお客様のところから削って行っては次は泊まりに来ないので、意味ないです。」

「The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

「ワイナリーが近くに点在するのに、なぜかワインオープナーがなかった点が残念でした。」

「The lady when we checked in was so friendly, helpful, and nice. She recommended the restaurant at the hotel and it was a good meal, we slay had an issue with the t.v. remote & she dealt with it right away. It's been a long time since we've had such a good waitress. This is customer service at its best.」
