Exactly as described. Very clean premises and room including the bathroom. The room was small with two comfortable twin beds, desk and bureau; could be improved with a more comfortable reading chair. The building itself (old renovated barn) is very attractive. Ample outside decks for BBQing and hanging out; inside common spaces (kitchen, living room, common room) are small but well kept. Chris was very helpful answering questions by phone. Since there is no one onsite to check you in, even though the premises and building are well lighted, as a woman traveling alone I made a point of checking in before dark the first night. Very quiet, rural location, though only 10' or so drive to coffee shops etc. Free parking and free rapid wifi was appreciated.

Everything was awesome! We were the only ones there this time other people had already left, so we basically have the whole house to ourselves. The rooms were all clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place. It’s a little gem that you wouldn’t think of staying, and it’s very close to Ithaca just miles away.

This place is gorgeous, clean and it has everything a family needs for a weekend getaway, including board games and books. The kitchen had a keurig coffee machine, snacks, utensils and appliances to cook proper meals. The room had its own thermostat and blankets for winter. I would only suggest to offfer paper cups for the coffee for those who need to leave early morning. The lock instructions were clear too.
