"Very nice, cozy property. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in the morning and evening. Location was great for west side of seneca and keuka lake. Beautiful view of seneca lake.Communication with host was outstanding. Smaller bedrooms were tight to walk around (totally fine for us - just for other's awareness) and the beds in those rooms were tighter for taller adults.We'd stay here again."

"This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. We walked Watkins Glen gorge trail and visited several wineries. Our favorite restaurant was Kinderd Fare in Geneva. After a full day of exploring we enjoyed some time around the fire pit. They have a great selection of DVD,s and games, even though we didn’t have the time to use them. We would definitely stay again. "

"My family of 8 stayed here for one week. Finger Lake Premier Properties’ Staff was great! The interior of the home was immaculate. However, there were several things that were disappointing considering the cost to rent the home. All of the blinds were broken and being held up with zip ties or duck tape. The duck tape lasted about one day. The air conditioner in the dining room (which is also a sunroom but the only area for large parties to eat together) was broken and the management company was never able to get it fixed while we were there. There was an unsightly pile of window screens in the dining room yet none of them fit the windows. I think that despite the A/C being broken, it would have been manageable to eat in there if the windows had screens and could have been opened, but that wasn’t the case. The exterior had not been cleaned in a very long time. I spent three hours scrubbing outdoor furniture, sweeping the decks, and wiping down railings. I also found that the batteries had died in most of the remotes. I did buy batteries and replaced most of them. I will absolutely rent from Finger Lake Premier Properties again but I would not stay in this home again or recommend it to anyone else. The price is far too high for all of the problems it had. I would recommend that the pictures of the home be updated to show all of the duck tape, zip ties, piles of screens and the overall condition of the exterior of the house. "

"The cottage was perfect for our stay with family & our dog! The inside was very clean & comes with all the amenities needed- a grill, towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, floats for the lake & much more! The beds were so comfortable! 10/10 recommend for a fun relaxing get away. "
