「This property was in a great location. Away from the main highway. Directly on the water. The rooms were client and comfortable. I loved the chairs outside the front door to overlook the property and the water. The location is so quiet and peaceful. Only complaints would be that you can definitely hear the people above you if you are staying on the bottom floor. I would have loved a coffee pot in the room. I did find out on my last day there that there was coffee and muffins in the dining...

「I took off one star because during our 4 night stay, our room was never fully cleaned, beds never changed, etc. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper and that was the extent of it. Finally on checkout morning we got a loud knock on the door a few minutes before our 11 am checkout, like “get out!” We were packed and getting ready to leave and that was just rude. We arrived late due to traveling. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. We appreciated the lemon water in the lobby and a list of local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and white and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything and clean and white. We felt very safe. We will most definitely be returning!」
「Nice room. Comfortable bed. Short walk to the lake with our dog. Overall, a good stay except for another guest chain-smoking cigarettes on the deck outside our room. We, along with several other guests enjoying the view, got up and left. We had to keep our sliding door closed, it smelled so bad.」
「Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area.」
