We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The property itself was beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the biggest highlights for us was the parking accommodations. We travel with a 40-foot hotshot, and finding a hotel that can actually accommodate a rig and trailer of that size is incredibly rare. The parking lot had plenty of room for us to maneuver and park safely without any hassle. I highly recommend this property to anyone, especially if you are traveling with a large vehicle or trailer!

No complaints. Hotel is in pretty good condition, rooms are clean and well equiped. Portico Restaurant is heavily overpriced, the coffee shop offers a very good breakfast.

We love the area & Del Lago is in a great location. The cafe was good, we had lunch there. It is starting to look a little beat up as far as carpeting in hallways. We’ll stay again next year.

Our hotel room was very nice and clean. I highly recommend their hotel. As for the casino compared to other casinos their card tables are very pricey. The slots were good though. The bars and food was very good as well.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Every employee was kind and helpful and patient with these first timers. Price was also reasonable. Our only complaint was the breakfast food and coffee. Food was tepid and coffee tasted like chicory or something. But we enjoyed our stay very much

The staff is always great and nice, place is always clean. They were repainting the front parking lot when we arrived so we had to park out back and there were no carts left to bring luggage in on so that was annoying. We saw empty ones in the hall way of our floor, pointless by then. The bathroom sink was tilted or something because it had a very tiny leaked so it popped to the front corner of the sink and onto the floor, small puddle. The stall shower had a foldable chair in it so it was a small space but the shower curtain was too narrow for it so water got everywhere when it was used. That was the only bad thing about the room. Those 2 issues in the bathroom.

Spacious rooms with a comfy bed. Nicely appointed decor. The rain head in the shower was wonderful! Fluffy towels. I usually stay in a place with a pool and free breakfast but these accommodations surpassed that. We stayed here because it has pet friendly rooms. Very nice.
