"We would definitely stay here again! The town of Penn Yan is a close drive and has a great park and local activities during the summer. It is a 10 min drive to Keuka College which has free kayaks and paddle boards. Less than 5 min from the parking for Cascade and Seneca Mills falls. 20 min from Watkins Glen which has waterfalls a state park with swimming pools and a great park on the lake."

"The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We stayed here a couple years ago and this time we brought some friends with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and played cards at the large table in the lobby each night. May make this our annual trip. 😊"

"Our stay was wonderful. We had a big group with many young adults, and there was plenty of space and beds to accommodate along with the fire pit, hot tub, and game room to entertain. The surrounding area is pristine farm country, and the commute to the lake is so easy. Wine tasting is so close to this property as well. We felt the house was well kept and very clean upon arrival. We will definitely return!"

"What a peaceful and wonderful stay! The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and lush vegetation, and the sound of the nearby waterfalls was so relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the place was sparkling clean, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen! Highly recommend. "
