We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and that beach towels and chairs are provided. Access to the beach is perfect and we loved how the property is located within a gated neighborhood, which felt safe and tucked away. Highly recommend!」

「We have a family of 11 soon to be 12. We loved that the house is very close to the pool and the ocean. Both things were very important to us because the kids could go to the beach or pool without a long walk. Also it is located in a spot that is close to grocery stores restaurants etc. We did not realize that we could not put up our tents until we got there. We did have an added expense of renting umbrellas. I will say that one day we decided to go to the public beach and take our tents and...

「Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. 」

「This was an amazing townhouse on the beach. We've been coming to the area for 11 years and this was the best yet. The private beach was everything! We came with 4 teenagers and 4 adults. We had so much room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There are also several places within walking distance. Will stay here again! 」
