"I would only stay here if you need car parking. it is a boat ride from central Venice which adds quite a cost to the stay ( 25€ each for a 24 hour pass or 9.5€ each per journey). Considering how new the hotel is, bathrooms are already looking worn, and not that clean. Breakfast, while offering huge choice, was cold. We choose this hotel as it is a brand we trust in the USA, especially their waffles. The waffle makers didn’t work properly and the waffles mixture was just not right. If you are expecting a hotel with the same standards as a US Hampton Inn you will be disappointed. Rooms are also small. I’d choose a hotel in central Venice when visiting Venice. "
