Villa Widmann

The room was smaller than expected, which happens, but the bathroom smelled of mold and I did find pockets of mold in the corners of the shower, and in some spots on the ceiling. The shower had a significant leak while being used. The sockets were loose and chargers wouldn't stay connected. loose connections can be a fire hazard. My point? I think these rooms need better maintenace.

The property itself was very clean, in very good shape and the location was excellent. Regarding the staff, well, there is no staff. They are all remote and quite difficult to reach in real time. My biggest complaint is that the front door to the 'hotel' did NOT WORK! They sent me a code and it was incorrect. Then the electronic keypad DID NOT WORK! That meant I could not access my room because I COULD NOT GET IN THE FRONT DOOR!!!! They later sent me the correct code, however, there is something wrong with the keypad and one has to enter the code over and over again JUST TO GET ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. This is ridiculous. They need a new keypad fr the entrance to the building. Given that there is no staff, this situation is unacceptable!
