The only thing to be improved is the shower room. Water leaks from the bottom of the shower box.
The staff treated it all right, so it shouldn’t happen again.

「I thought this hotel was well located and had been updated so that the room was appealing. It was quiet and easy to park, and go to nearby restaurants and the beach. The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed the stay.」

「Next level great stay in Santa Barbra. Everything about this hotel was perfect and so easy to make happen. They thought of everything a guest would need and I’m totally blown away with all of the details to make us feel like we were in a guest house not just a hotel. They were so easily responsive to any questions I had and everything was so smooth. Bed was a 10/10 and the shower was a 10/10!」
